HI everyone!
The only direct flight that I'm aware of is Taca. They have a daily flight between San Jose and Havana that's around $325 USD one way and about $470 USD round trip, although I'm sure you can find better deals. Taca has specials all the time.
Also check Copa via Panama, they have great seat sales sometimes too.
And before you ask, there is NO regularly scheduled boat or ferry service between Cuba and ANYWHERE.

Watch the Taca and Copa websites closely and buy as soon as they have a sale. They both have specials on-and-off all the time.
