Hello, I see that the thread is old but I though its worth replaying. Personally I have visited some of cities that you mentioned. But In my opinion that itinerary its huge man! It will take months to complete and a huge budget. I'd suggest to have a shorter itinerary and geographically oriented. I.E Balkans, Nordic countries, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, Africa, etc. I mean for each region that I mentioned to have a separate trip there by car. But to make a trip once a year.
