Hi..
Can anyone suggest the best airlines to fly with from Manila - Saigon??
Ive found really cheap flights with Cebu Pacfic but the luggage is only 15kg and I'll probably need more than that..
My budget is under £150..

I did a quick check and the only other reasonable option was JetStar Asia. They were much more expensive than Cebu Pacific. Goes to SIN first, not really a decent option. I think Cebu Pacific is your only low cost option. You will need to work out the luggage problem.
