Dual Nationality

I have a question here, I am currently holding a schengen visa type c for 90 days and I am to leave EU on the 10th of June from Germany, I know that it is hard to get an extension of this type of visa (haven't ask any embassies but read that is quite impossible) and now that you need to leave EU for 90 days before being allowed back in so my question is if I apply another schengen visa with my second passport (bolivian one) since I would really like to stay in Europe for the world cup and visit some other countries, it is hard to see them all and I dont want to go to places just because I have to but I would like to see the places and take my time. I don't want to overstay as it is not a good thing but I dont know if applying with another passport means that it is ok.
Because I can go to the UK and stay there for 6 months on my Taiwanese Passport. Thanks a lot

Applying with your second passport would be illegal.

If you can go to the UK for 6 months with your Taiwanese passport I recommend that you do so. You could wait there until the 90 days are up.

You should also look at travelling around the non-Schengen countries. Morocco is very interesting, as is Turkey, the Ukraine, Croatia, .....
