Transport from Evora to Sevilla?

Sander has indicated that this thread is about Portugal

Hello,
For what I've seen, the bus is the best way to get there...at least in the website www.bahn.de (the one I usually use), it says that by train you must go back to Lisbon, then to Medina del Campo then to Madrid and just afterward you'll get the train to Seville. (21h of trip!)
By bus it seems that it's possible but you'll have to change in Faro just like you said before:

http://www.rede-expressos.pt/default.aspx (the website of the buses that may link Evora to Faro)

http://www.eva-bus.com/novo/ (the website with buses from Faro to Seville)

The other way, I guess (I'm not sure about this) is to reach to Badajoz and then catch a bus from there to Seville, but I'll check out...

Yes, there's a way from Evora to Badajoz...just check this website:

http://www.rodalentejo.pt

Also, there's the Eurolines linking Evora to Badajoz:

http://www.eurolines.es

And in Badajoz you may get a bus to Seville...check out this website:

http://www.alsa.es

Hope this is enough to help you in your "quest"...shall you need further help just tell me...I believe that all sites have an english version

Hi Sander,

Seems that on the website it mentions this: From Seville, Alsa/Eurolines goes five to six times weekly via Badajoz and Évora to Lisbon (€38, seven hours).

Guess this is pretty up to date still and confirms the info by PCoelhas.

Cheers
Michael
