The floods are terrible up north (I'm near Sydney), and weather is not much of an improvement here too, with sun then rain... We had a couple 28 degree days over the new year period, but the following week has been raining... very unpredictable and basically uncharacteristic summer weather! Hopefully the weather sorts it's self out soon in time for your journey!

Im sat here trying to desperately work out what to pack with the News on telling me that most of Queensland is flooded! Anyone with help about what I should pack would be greatly appreciated- are T's and shorts still ok??! Thanks.
