If I would do a daytrip in Prague I would probably either visit the Terezin Concentration Camp, or maybe visit a brewery somewhere.
Prague is so beautiful, do not forget to enjoy the view from the Petrin Lookout tower, and one of my personal favorites is the Tyn Cathedral at the Old Town Square.
