Anyone going to be around brisbane in June? I'm presuming it's the slow season in aus but I'm hoping it's not going to be to deserted as I'll be on my own and wanting to meet people. Also would I be better to head north as soon as possible for better weather? Cairns or somthing?

How long will you be in Australia for? Brisbane diesn't really have that much interesting. I'd suggest you head north - Cairns will be much nicer weather and further north is even better.
Hello, Thanks. I will probably end up staying indefinatly but plan to spend a couple of months having a good time and looking around before setting up somewhere. Mite find somewhere good while I'm tripping about. Thought start in
Brisbane because that seems to be where alot of us kiwis flock to. Sounds like I'll head north for a while also.
