I am trying (for HOURS) to upload pictures with my MacBook. I have tried the single pic and multi-pic method. After I choose my pic (it has a check box in it) and click start upload - I get a dialog box that says: Upload Files, Waiting for response from server... and it loads all the kilobytes but never finishes the upload and the pictures do not get saved. I have read that it may take a little time - but I have left this for 3 hours and came back to see the same dialog box sitting there. Please Please Please help before I run off to a different Blog Site. THANK YOU!
Did you try again after the first attempt failed? I'm not sure why the final pop up wouldn't come up, but if it hangs for more than a minute after the photos are all uploaded, it will probably hang for longer (it usually comes up with a 'Upload complete' within about 20 seconds of uploading all the kilobytes) as something probably is 'stuck' somewhere. Just to be sure I tried uploading a bunch of photos just now and they all went through ok, so I think whatever it was was temporary; most likely one of Amazon's servers going down. Please let me know if the problem continues for you, and if it does, are you using Safari or Firefox?
I received an e-mail from Tech Support saying that there was a glitch of some kind and it should be working now.

Yeah, sorry about this The photo uploading software had crashed and it took me a while to work out how to get it back up and running. It's the first time I've seen it crash like that, after several years of running fine.

I assumed that it was tech support who rescued me from the "picture nightmare" ... who ever Pete is... he is my hero!
