any other suggestions..
the PERFECT pack for me, would be a proper travel pack with padding and waist straps and compressions straps, wheels and expendable handle to pull, and was usable as a carry on... i wouldn't care how much it weighed if i could get those 3 things...
any help would be awesome guys, thanks.
Adam.
Not convinced you need waist straps, extendable handle, wheels and padding for such light luggage.
hey, well i have some back problems, so having the wheels would give me some piece of mind knowing i can simply wheel the pack... also it makes travailing through airports and stations a breeze. and the waist straps are just so comfortable! lol. but out of those bags i listed, which do you think is my best bet?
I'll be honest, I'm not familiar with any of them. I'd probably choose the lightest.

I'll be honest, I'm not familiar with any of them, though I did notice a huge price difference. Money no object? I'd probably choose the lightest.
money isnt an issue for my bag.
what are your suggestions then? i want a PROPER PACK... forget the wheels for a sec... which pack that you know of, that can be used as a carry on, would anyone suggest??

As I said, the lightest.
edit - we're getting crossed wires.

the weight is not the key here.... im talking about backs that fit as a carry on... i listed a few possibilities, but im looking for other people to show me some other bags they think are great! sure weight will be a deciding factor when i narrow down to the bags i might actually purchase, but just saying "weight" is of no help to me. im asking everyone on this form, you said you didnt have any experience with the bags i listed, so i asked you for your own suggestions, which you made none.
thanks for your help, but im looking for people with experience in travel who have done a year long RTW with a carry on, thanks again.
Anyone else?
anyone have experience or opinions with this bag:

Thanks,
Adam.
My suggestion is to try them personally to see what feels right for your back. I know this to be true as I have my own experience of back problems using a carry-on bag as my only luggage - albeit not RTW for a year. Good luck.
