I’m going to visit Sevastopol and Yalta. The room with 2 beds and bath in September costs $30. And local food is very delicious and cheap - $10 for a day will be enough.
I can meet you at the airport of Kiev or Odessa. If you want, we can spend some days in these cities.

I was there with Serge last year. it is a interesting place. recommend especially u have low budget, but u must go with someone understand russian or ukrainian.
