I'm going to Australia for around 2-3months from the end of june until end of august or mid september, i'm going to be sauntering up the east coast possibly starting in sydney first, i'm 17 and will be having my 18th out there in july, i'm going to be alone for the time and just looking for a travel buddy for some of the time

I'm an australian citizen as i was born there, so i do not need a visa. One less thing for me to worry about which is good
Heyy Me and my friend are travelling from Northern Ireland, heading to Bangkok for several days, think we're arriving in Sydney from the 22nd June. We're in Oz until around the 14th August then we leave for Singapore Im having my 21st in Sydney in July :D Cant wait! Look up "The Gaff" bar, looks really good!

Im a 24yr old girl from Dublin and im planning to go to Oz in for a year of unplanned fun I'm very nervous going on my own, but from what ive read everybody here is in the same boat!!!!Im soooo excited,booking my flight next week. When I first arrive I'll be staying with family for a day or two, then heading down to Canberra to see more family for another day, back up to Sydney but then I'm thinking of staying in a hostel there before I head up the east coast to get my bearings and meet fellow travellers, I think it'll make it easier.
