Asia- All at once

Hey guys,

Hey Nuimei,

That plan sounds really good, so you have 9 weeks or there abouts?
A month in Thailand would definitely give you some time in Bangkok, do a jungle trek in the north, a trip to the river Kwai and a bit of island hoping. From Bangkok you can get a bus to Siem Reap in Cambodia which is cheap and rather than going into Vietnam I would head straight up into Lao. Lao is way more beautiful, remote and one of the countries in S.E. Asia that has largely been untouched by the tourism.

Flying onto India your will probably need to get back to Bangkok for the cheapest flight and with only 3 weeks you should fly into to Kerala for a few nights in Kochi and travel by train up the west coast stopping at Goa, Mumbai, Rajasthan and fly out of Delhi. You can see the Taj Mahal on a day trip from here if you get up early enough. Fly home from Delhi.

Budget for all of this on the cheap with trains, buses, accomidation, food and a beer in the evening £700-800 shoud be fine, not including flights

Hope this has given you some ideas
All the best
Tim
