Buy your VN visa in Phnom Penh. You can get it in 1-2-3 days. Fast costs more. Most GHs will help you or use Lucky, Lucky Motorcycle. My Cambodia photos: page 1 show Lucky, Lucky. Figure $35. I would buy your China Visa when in HaNoi. Then you will know your arrival date. Hong Kong will give you 90 days on arrival, free. Good luck with your planning.
