You chose some nice places, they all can be done in a daytrip from Ubud.
For a daytrip with a driver you will pay about 450.000 IDR.
I dont know why you did not plan some days in the east (Amed) and north(Lovina and Pemuteran)
A few days on Lovina are cheap and will give you extras.
Ubud is nice but in the night it is a little quiet because most visitors are there for a daytrip.

You should be able to do all those places from Ubud. I hired a driver for a day and visited Besakih and a couple of other places; along the main street (Monkey Forest Road) in Ubud there are plenty of tour operators who will be able to organise this for you. You can tailor-make your own itinerary and negotiate the price. On our way to the Besakih Temple the driver stopped at a coffee plantation; I was a bit wary as it wasn't part of the itinerary and while I'm sure the drivers got commission for anything we bought, it was quite fascinating and well worth seeing if you get the chance.
