is it posible to cross in to cambodia from phu quoc to kep or sihanoukville?

No. you have to get the ferry back to rach gia i think? Then cross the border at ha tien. You can get a honda om to Kep from the cambodia side of the border, then travel on to sihanoukville via kampot by bus. I did this trip last year but the other way round. Prepare yourself for very muddy roads on the cambodia side! Great fun! enjoy..............
P.s ....dont rush out of kep, its a lovely spot, great fun to hire a moped and get lost in surrounding villages.
