I have just received an email from easyjet to say that my flight from Athens to London in August has been changed and they detail the change. Only problem is that the changes show the flight departure and arrival as being the same as when I booked.
Not at all. There is obviously an oversight somewhere.
The way forward is to sign up to 'My Easyjet' and type in your your booking reference, that's usually 6 letters and one number in no specific order, then you can see any changes they've made. Once you've logged in, the information on the other side of the log-in, will be the most correct and up to date information - and that's the info you should go with, regardless of what anything else says before the log-in.
