Im sorry if this has been asked before, but everything Ive read is just so confusing.
My fiancee and I wish to got to the USA on honeymoon, he is 32, and has a criminal record. Theft in his teens, cannabis possesion early 20's and a few driving offences. He have never been in jail. I was told that minor offences were classed as those that didnt result in jail time, but Im worried. Can anyone give me some advice please.
