Hi All,
After some more research, I'm wondering if it would be accurate to say that we should look to stay within the boundaries of:
- Avenue Independencia on the north
- Chacabuco Street to the west
- Avenue San Juan to the south
- Balcarce Street to the east
Does this sound about right?
Thanks!
I will look at it closer and talk to you, but you should not worry over much about San Telmo as far as fasfey in my opinion. I never felt any dicey moments int this area.
The place is a rat warren of streets though, that's why I gotta go back and see where these things are.

As of now, I've narrowed things down to these locations:
- Humberto Primo Street Between Perú & Chacabuco
- Piedras Street Between Carlos Calvo & Humberto
- Piedras Street Between Humberto Primo & San Juan
- Bolivar Street Between Humberto Primo & Carlos Calvo
- Chacabuco Street Between EE.UU & Carlos Calvo
- Chacabuco Street Between Cochabamba & Av. San Juan
Any insight is much appreciated!
