HEY, my name is Amir I am from Vancouver British Columbia Canada and will be leaving for bangkok Thailand on jan.11 will be traveling for on month returning on feb.11. I am 19 years old going on 20 in a couple of weeks and am basically looking for an adventure I have no concrete plans and am very flexible with my itinerary I just hope to see as much as possible during my trip. if anyone else is going to be leaving during this time period I would love to hear from you

I am also gona be flying into Bangkok but a week earlier than you. Will be in Bangkok for the 4th Jan. I'm planning to stay in Bangkok for at least a week until I get bored which could be while then.
Are you just staying in Thailand for the month??

I am planing a solo trip from the end of January 2010 till july 2010 when I will start my postgraduate studies. Nearly 6 months. I am from Spain.
I am not making a detailed plan. I want to go to asia and if I have time to south america and I want to go solo to be completely free and spontaneous, so I am not looking for a full trip partner.

I spent a month in thailand last november 2007.
I was in Bangkok for the nightlife and the great atmosphere on the streets.
If you like adventure then go to Chiang Mai, I did an amazing 4 day treck over the jungle.
Then don't miss the great beaches over the south, I went to phi phi island an it was really worth it.
Whatever you spend your time in Thailand you will enjoy it.
