This is a huge event which I posted about on my PV Yahoo group. It is also a great way to experience the lovely city and head to neaby shopping/artist areas of Tlaquepaque and Tonala. Buses are easy to use. There are really nice Euro sidewalok cafes and B&B's to stay in. Place has deep roots in Spain but you will note French influences too. Great museums and good for walking.
