studying abroad in paris....cannot wait!

i'm in Paris studying abroad and it literally is the best experience of my life. Have already seen more than any of my friends have in their lifetimes. i've brought along my canon dslr rebel and the photos are turning out beautifully!

Oh Paris is wonderful - there's always something new and exciting, amazing exhibitions, delicious goodies, etc. Lucky you! Make the most of your time there, and hit some other parts of France is you have the time. E.g. south of France is served by iDTGV which means you can travel for as little as €20 one-way to Marseille etc.

Bonne chance!

Ps: if you tweet, follow @ParisMB and from the lists of "following" and "followers" you will find lots of Parisian tweeps with invaluable amount of information of Paris.

Since I'm in school, finding time to travel beyond Paris seems daunting, but I can't pass it up! I hope to visit Marseille within the next few weeks, after finals and holiday. Thank you for the twitter recommendation!

I guess. Plus there's so much to do in Paris itself at all time.

You're welcome re the twitter recommendations. Once you follow a few of the tweeps, you can see quite a few of them do "follow friday" (sometimes abbreviated FF) and they'll recommend even more tweeps to follow!

As you may have guess, I write for Paris Metblogs (hence ParisMB) with a couple of friends who live in Paris, so that's a blog you can check. Other good blogs to read include I Prefer Paris, Invisible Paris, Spotted by Locals: Paris, Chocolate & Zucchini, David Lebovitz, and Secrets of Paris. There are lots and lots more of course. And you probably know some of them already I'd imagine.
