Just wondering if anyone could offer me any info or recommend any good tour groups for travel between Kathmandu and Lhasa for end of Jan. next yr.
All the research i have done seems to recommend a package tour on the friendship highway (usually around 8 days) but most of these seems to stop between Oct. and April.
Any info on how to travel between these times would be really appreciated.

you mentioned that you will going to Lhasa in month of jan by road but that time frame is winter and could be closed the road during snow so recccommended to go by air. There is lots of package trip where you could find 3night 4 days, 4 night 5 days, 6 night 7 days and 7 night 8 days Lhasa trip you can choose one of them and for Kathmandu tour there is also lots of tour package where you can do it upen your desire.
