Sounds like a good plan, so how long do you plan to stay in Oz for?
I Leave for Thailand on the 3rd Jan and will be traveling throughout SE Asia for 6 months before flying to Oz on the 1st June. Have you thought about getting a Working Holiday Visa for Oz or is it strictly Leisure?

Yes i will be staying in Oz for a year on a working visa, not sure what type work i will be doing yet though.
Also want to go over to NZ for a month.
